This week, on The Parents' Solution, I had the opportunity to chat with Heidi Aderman. Heidi is an opportunity-igniter. She is a life coach who helps other creatives "get out of their own way."
Heidi first realized the difference that comes from having a life coach when she was in her twenties. Her goal was to become a rockstar, but many of the people she shared with spoke negatively about her dream. She was successful in her corporate work life but was struggling to reach her own personal goals.
Heidi learned from her life coach that she was the one who decided how she was going to view the world, and how she was going to view herself. By putting in place good processes and changing her mindset, Heidi has been able to achieve more success in her personal goals. Not only that, but Heidi is now a life coach herself and teaches others how to be successful - through an accountability game she created called AchieveBet.
Heidi has learned in her own life the power of having an accountability partner as she learned to level-up by building each new habit step by step. Aderman shares simple thought processes that help to build a positive mindset and change the direction of your life.
Heidi and I talked about the importance of celebrating the little wins every day. This builds that necessary feeling of success and growth that motivates you to do more. Every small positive habits builds itself into an unstoppable mindset that will enable you to make the change that you are looking to make.
